I Want to Be on T.V. is a cover of the song originally preformed by Bay Area hardcore punk band Fang off their 1984 LP "Where The Wild Things Are".
The song originally appeared as a B-side on Green Day's "Geek Stink Breath" single, and is included as the only bonus song on the Japanese version of Insomniac. It would later see a release on their special compilation album Shenanigans, appearing as the seventh track. With a runtime of 1:17, it is the shortest song on the album is one of the shortest covers the band has ever done.
