Live Tracks is the first live EP and fourth overall EP by Green Day. It is also known as Explosion Live! (JP) in Japan and as Australian Tour Souvenir Edition in Australia.
Background[]
Live Tracks was recorded live at the Jannus Landing in St. Petersburg, Florida, U.S. on March 11, 1994 as part of the Dookie World Tour.
Release[]
Live Tracks was released in Japan on March 25, 1995 on CD through Reprise Records.[1] It was released in Australia in February 1996 under the name Australian Tour Souvenir Edition and was included in the limited edition Australian Tour Pack bundle of Insomniac. It has not seen a release of any kind in the United States.
All 6 tracks were re-released on Foot in Mouth in 1997.
